FIrst coffee was strong enough to induce a movement that brought a tear to my eye. it could have killed a small child and the belt can now be tightened one more notch

I'm happy

I'm happy because Greasy posted the above and I've just spent the last five minutes with my eyes watering and my sides hurting as I laughed and laughed and laughed.

Also I was back on the bike for the first time in the last couple of days and it was great to be cutting through traffic like a good 'un again...
