If his target market is ignorant mugs with more money than sense then there could be a potential £3/400 markup on the cost of parts, assuming doing the builds in own time and not factoring that in.
£400 a week is more than i earn most of the time so he could do worse.
Still, clearly not trying to sell people on here his bikes as everyone will see through the smoke and mirrors to a pile of high end parts on an unnamed frame which he wont even give specs for that could be built in a weekend by a retard.
Seriously though, good luck. The start of any 'business' is harsh.
