did you get a reference number from US Postal when it shipped? If so, that number works on the parcelforce website and it will tell you where it is. I had a status that read "delivery failed at 04.35am" and what that actually meant was that it had cleared customs and was at the central parcelforce depot in Camden awaiting delivery pending me paying all the charges. at that point I had the option of going down and paying in cash or paying online and parcelforce delivering it. Same price either way.
