Emilia, next to me last night at the lights at the Shaftsbury theatre. I had a masssssssive brain freeze, tried to remember your name, and then couldn't figure out at way to say hi and introduce myself without sounding like a complete lunatic. Then the light changed.
Sorry about that. Will be more social next time. :)

If I had a pink 3Rensho, I'd ride nothing else.

Arrgh! Don't make me feel guilty. My pink 3rensho hasn't been ridden in months. Damn polo addiction :)

Yes. I used to ride a Samson, but really wanted a brake. Was really lucky to find a 3rensho drilled for a brake. Damn you EM, I'm gonna have to dust them off and ride them now :)
Polo versus posing... hmmmm!

It's because of the laminated construction... Leather/plastic/leather... Stops the strap deforming... I hate deformed straps, me...

yeah, last thing you need to have is a plastic cock stuck inside your bum due to the strap breaking.

spastic straps

I suppose it's cheaper than shoes and clipless pedals.
Not as comfy though.

Exactly... That was my first thought...

When I can afford ATACs and Sidis I'm getting them. Until then the pimp straps will have to do.

Spotted: Girl in a camo jacket on a sweet orange bike with white rims and a faux tiger skin top tube protector. Maybe have even been a lo-pro. Going from Clerkenwel to Holborn at 12.35. I would of said hi but you were on your phone, and then we were both zooming up the hill (I think I go faster up hills then anything else). I was in a red and blue striped knit. Belated hi if you are on here.
Also spotted a man with good facial hair and short risers, breakless, comming down clerkenwell road at just before 3. We exchanged a nod. Didn't get to see your bike though.

Oh, just say 'wait, aren't you wotsit from the forum?' It'd make me feel better about forgetting everyone's names, every time I meet them.

Took a trip to london today from somerset. Usually spot one or two fixed gears. Today, i was on the road to the chiswick roundabout (by evans bike shop) and spotted what I believe to be a single speed. Narrow risers, orange deep v's (i think) Wearing a helmet, wind breaker and jeans. Nice looking ride. Had a good old stare from the van window. Think the frame was black? Anyone here?
