So after being bikeless for quite an extended period of time i acquired a singlespeed road conversion just before xmas. I bought it with the intention of doing it up a bit and converting it to fixed asap, as it is currently only fitted with a front brake.
unfortunately due to 'seasonal finance syndrome', and then being royally fucked over by my flatmate I am still too skint to invest in a new rear wheel, and with the weather getting increasingly wet im starting to get increasingly twitchy riding SS with only a front brake.
So has anyone got a surplus fixed 700c rear lying around that they could part with for 40 squid or under? really not bothered as to the rim, hub etc. just want to get fixed as soon as possible for the time being, untill i can afford a decent new build.
