    easy and convenient way of getting about town/I'm a bike whore and needed a fixed on my collection.

    - other (please specify): It's the front hub (hope xc) from a mountain bike, with disc mounts and 100mm spacing. I'm using a cog from London Fixie Bike which bolts onto the hub's disc mount, and a custom made axle and spacer, turned on a lathe which brings the spacing out to 120mm for the hub.

    Falling off (I dont do that often, so I guess there isn't anything I really dislike)

    There is something about the way the body controls the bike so much. It is really relaxing to me and there is generally a good community surrounding it.

    How exactly are you going to use / preform analysis this information?

  • 1) high speed, speed control, simplicity, style, low matenance. i like going out for short 1-2 hour rides, its gives a much better workout than a geared.
    2) front

    4) steep downhills, wish i had a hub i could switch to free for hills and back to fixed for the rest
    5) just have a beer, a zoot and lay in bed with a brass, who cares what its called.
