I am thinking about using a set of swaged cranks (sr custom) on my fixed bike. They are currently on my s/s freewheel bike where they have been for year and have performed faultlessly. They have been used occasionally for riding fixed in that time but not for long.
My worry is that if i put them on my fixed bike and use them constantly for riding fixed the back and forth stresses resisting and skidding put on the cranks will quickly knacker the interface between ring and crank arm. Anyone had experience using swaged cranks on a fixed?
