why would you buy the aliums over a more expensive atac? im genuinly curious as i am thinking about getting some? A friend of mine bought some slightly more expensive atacs and has been having some problems with them as well. are the aliums more durable or something?
I was reading that the square binding spring on the likes of the atac xs can be bent out of shape over time, meaning that eventually even cranking up the tension makes no difference and they become a bit floppy. The aliums and the ROC atacs have a round binding spring and are apparently more durable.
