ok, now that makes more sense to me...
I think,
All subs should be declared prior to the match, with 48 hours notice.
If an agreement to play the game with sub, the sub can not change.
The sub can be anyone!
If an agreeable arrangement to play at a later date can be met between the 2 teams, which does not jeopardise the the fortnightly fixtures, this is ok... if not either play with the sub or forfeit the points.
