our cricketers need to take a leaf out of the cyclists training manual. IMO.
pissing it up when they are being crap doesn't seem very respectful behaviour towards the fans, coaches and other players.
talent is one thing (and flintoff,pietersen and others have it in spades) but a certain amount of dedication and training is required for regular results.
