What it illustrates is that if, somehow, the causes of death of one Palestinian child can be disputed then this is taken as further evidence that it is a conflict between equals with deaths on both sides and spin on both sides. The weight and time given to these 'controversies' are obscene when placed against the reality of the slaughter of children by the Israeli military in the last weeks, months and years.
