• Hi all,

    I picked up the bike below off another forum member last weekend.
    I have just purchased a new (2nd hand) fixed bike, so will no longer be continuing this project.

    Here was how the bike was on collection/arrival home;

    Pics of it now;

    I have stuck some vinyl carbon sticker on the rear of the frame and on one of the forks, but im sure this can be peeled off!

    All bolts removed have been kept. Front wheel runs true (or very close too) i have rear, but its got a very old worn tyre and is buckled. Not sure if its a 700c wheel or 27" which this bike takes. Seatpost seems to be stuck (im sure this can be removed relatively easily). Can also supply saddle, but your probably best sitting on the seat post for more comfort!

    Collection from NW London, HA8 6TQ
    I am around after 7pm on weekdays and can arrange a time at weekends.

    yeah i know, this frame is wayy to biggy for me :)
    Im picking up a battered racer off the scraps tomorrow for a tenna....ill see how the frame on that is doing and whether its usable or not.
    what frame exactly have you got then Rup? is it this size or smaller?

  • same frame same size, iv used a few parts from in different hack build for friends and what not. might need to keep the forks. i do have a muck smaller frame i quite good condition but id probs want some dorra for that one.

  • Ha. I have exactly the same frame (good spot Cohen) and built it up for my first fixed project and have ridden it everyday for about 2 years.

    Hard as nails but I swear they lined the tubes with lead, it's the heaviest bike ever.

  • If the front wheel is 700c, I'll definitely have it please.

  • Can I have secondary dibs or whatever on this please, thanks

  • has anyone asked for this yet? if not, dibs??

    Swappsies for your lo-pro ??????
