  • Now thats really not a true comment,I share my cycling knowledge, just ask MikeyMerk who taught him those Keo spins:),but I will share a bit of knowledge with yourself, stay away from cheap hubs,as if you tighten your cogs/lockring to much or simply remove and replace your cog to much, the threads on the hub tends to shear off,and when that happens well your left with a hub paper weight.Never buy cheap hubs or at least a rear.As for Goldtecs,I am running them at the moment, and they are lurvley. Is that helpful enough,Go on another tip then,if your cog does shear off whilst riding & you have no brakes head for the pavement, better to hit a pedestrian rather a lorry.

Perfect! Opinion officially improved. If I was in London I'd love someone to teach me Keo Spins. I'm not really a trickster but they look sweet!
Yeah, I've messed some rear formulas recently when skidding and climbing. They would slip in the thread, despite lockring.
Nice, everyone seems to rate Goldtec, and as they do both double fixed and in black, that's what I'm plugging for. Now just to hunt the fucker down at a reasonable price.

Thankfully I run/rock a break, a lockring and incredible levels of caution. But yeah, I'm all for peds not lorries. They might get annoyed, but they're softer than a bumper.
