I'm guessing the person in this advert would fail any test for the presence of a cervix, regardless of how thorough.

That would be an anatomy fail on the part of the advertising company then. Guess they're not as cervix savvy as me.

I drove into work this morning and saw an epic exit-slip fail on the A41 - car had skidded straight ahead and mounted the armco barrier where it formed a kind of wedge shape. It was perfectly perched on top, with the driver and a police officer stood looking at it and scratching their heads. God knows how they were going to get it down.

Wish I'd had my camera on me - if it's still there when I go home I'll try and get a shot.
