Allen Carr failed me, I've smoked about a million cigarettes in the last two days.

I did indeed, though I am not entirely convinced it was coz of the drink ... I hit a manhole cover (not particularly very good at recovering the bike is the front slides anyway), covered with ice, managed to fall on my head and make my "AR SE sport" hat filthy.

But I don't remember any of the ride home and I am just going to end up getting myself killed, Just fucking stupid.
