fred, i think you're wrong to do this, you have no evidence that that bike is stolen, i admit it's dodgy. However, publishing someone's phone number under a list of theives is a bit off. Don't turn it into a witch hunt.
Are you confident that he is probably a thief? see what you did there, confidence with a bit of uncertainty mixed in. If you have proof, go to the cops, if not, don't demonise.
How would you feel if you saw your phone number under a list of "Shit photographers" or "Peeping Toms"?
