Wanted: Fixed rear/ wheel set

I'm after a straightforward, cheap and cheerful fixed rear wheel or full wheelset if anybody is upgrading or clearing stuff out - thanks all.

Or I have a set of similar ones; plantex x hubs and black omega mach 1 rims fitted with some michelin speedium tyres. The rear has a 16 t cog and lock ring. They are true and ready to fit, was going to put them on the bay so pm if you're interested..

nearly, just took advantage of that offer @ planet x. Ordered some double straps and some nitto drops. What I really need is some CLEAR champ grips?? Can't seem to get them anywhere

How do you measure a wheel to determine its size?
And I don't mean by using a tape measure... But what part of the wheel?
