  • Power cleans are unduly hazardous, whould leave those till you are experienced atlifting and better conditioned to such a fast movement with heavy weight.

    Try squats, with your hips going below your knees. You can use a bench to sit on between reps for confidence/safety (good if you dont have a spotter)

    Also deadlifts will strongly hit the lower back as well as legs, very good thorough workout.
