I was wondering what techniques are commonly used to develop leg strength for cycling?
I do ball squats in the gym, and i saw a training video posted here showing a half-squat, which was vaunted as being great training for climbing.
I've also read of team GB doing full on power-lifting, which is interesting.
Any other techniques which are good?
