Campag BB come in both Italian and British threading.
You need to measure the width of your bb shell
68mm = British
70 = Italian
Pista cranks are ISO square taper, so theoretically any ISO square taper BB with the correct length should fit. Not sure this always the case though.
The correct length is 111mm Symmetric for modern Campy pista, 109mm (I think) for some of the older ones. Which pista crankset is it?
