If you are planning to do some wheelbuilding, it is a good idea to keep them just for that. Although in general good condition, I don't think they will fetch a good price on ebay as they have seen a fair share of use (as far as I can tell from the pics you send)
Edit: Provenrad has a point but that's NOS hub. I will say 30-40 maximum for a used set but you never know the vagaries of collectors items
