Yes, you can get used to a large Q factor but the effects of it over a few years of riding may not be great. Worth knowing that if planning to actually ride your BMX cranked bike very far (pain/damage to knees, ankles and hips)
Guessing the bikes are more for pissing about on though as wouldn't have BMX cranks in the first place!
