I was in The Bike Factory last weekend and thought the staff seemed a bit pissed at me cos it was freezing outside or for not instanly wanting it buy one of their pinarellos.
I try and stick to buying bits from Eureka or Wheelbase on the Wirral. Both those stores aren't as well stocked as Bike Factory but they are friendly and really helpful.
