To be fair I'll have to agree with Murtle and Snoops mate, it's just a conversion, there aren't any noteworthy bits on it and it's pretty rough looking, I'd say your best bet would be to give it a whopper cleaning and some T-Cut, maybe even de-sticker it 'cause it looks like they're a bit wrecked and polish up your seatpost/ bars/ stem/ hubs/ spokes, the works!! Try and remove any rust at all and then repost some new pics.
It's not going to cost you anything, other than maybe a couple of quid for some metal polish/ auto polish/ T-Cut and it'll really improve your chances of making a few bob for this bike 'cause it looks like it would make a nice bike for a beginner or for someone's polo bike/ beater but you've not got a chance of making decent money for it in the condition it's in above.
