i run profile's with a tree splined sprocket, no problems at all even with a 170mm crank. i know of a another guy in london that does this as well, albeit smaller chainrng.
max runs profile cranks with a normal front sprocket and found another bolt that fits more snug on the chainring, profile in the us also have something similar if you contact them.
