I went out on the Saturday Paragon ride a few times last summer - a couple of hard(ish) climbs towards the end (Cudham Lane and Annerly Hill), but really ridiculously nice people. If it wasn't for the fact that my ex rides with them I'd join this year.

train like a nutter then drop him on the climbs. FTW
