surely a holiday trip to Italy would help? seeing that there's a lots of velodomes in italy falling in ruins as the italian love their road/MTB more than their track bicycles.

exactly what I meant, shame really, the italian used to have all those gorgeous track bike and they don't care about it anymore, they just focus on flashy road bike and MTB.

Briefly glimpsed at the photo of her holding the bike up and thought the pentagram was an Aerospoke. That would have been killer.

it nice to see a lugged aluminium frame too.

nothing per se, but it would look alot more streamlined as a fixed gear IMO :)
