this should help you avoid the main roads and once at Paddington head down Praed st>Leinster Gardens>Westbourne Grove (there is a back route via Hereford road). This will get you most of the way there, and I'm sure you can have fun with the roads nearby
In both cases get the TFL cycle route maps available at most cycle shops and by post from tfl.gov.uk . They will show you some nice alternative routes)
