I'm going for a little ride now, on my lunch break, meaning I'll be wearing a suit on my fix. Is that practical? You might say not, but it is, it's impractical for me to get changed just to cycle from tower bridge to southwark bridge...

You are assuming that the person wearing tweed got dressed in tweed got dressed up to cycle and then got changed at his destination?
