I'll be making it fixed but it's only the upper levers by the stem that I'll be ditching. My touring bike and road bike both have hood brakes only and I'm so used to using them that I don't think I'll want to get used to using another set of brakes whilst not really needing to use them at all. When I do ride SS, it'll be business as usual.
