surely something like the ye olde cheshire cheese or the wenlock arms would be more appropriate if we're going for style and price? I demand a fine selection of real ales.

@Ved and all graphic designers on here - re: the badges....
Before you start making these up, PLEASE get a proper graphic designer to sort the design out... the fonts are really not quite the ticket old chap (no offence to Murts, the concept is a great idea, the execution needs some tweaks, that's all). There are so many designy types on here who could knock it into shape (- not me, I hasten to add. But I know bad typography when I see it). The 'butted forks tubes and stays' is an extended font which is all wrong. And the 531 looks really spindly and is, again, the wrong font. The artwork you have at the moment is perfect as a rough idea of what's wanted, but some work is required. SOMEBODY who is a proper font-slag please volunteer to fix it!! It should look like this one (just without the little bit about Ti Reynolds Limited at the bottom):
