Maiden voyage to work this morning was lovely. I concur that the standard gearing is a tad spinney, however, the cross tires were rather good on the sheet ice this morning. They're a bit slow bit I think I'll leave them on until the weather breaks. Give 'em to the gf after that.
Other mods are likely to include ditching the upper brake levers, they're useless dead weight.
