Pinarello prince frame, any good?

Hi.

I was offered a pinarello prince track frame, with carbon forks in front and rear.
It has been used o the track for two years.

What would you reko it's worth.+?

it's mine for 450 quid, and that including eveything but wheels. FSA carbon pro crak and other quality stuff.
750 quid for the whole bike with specialized tri spoke wheels. clichers....

is this a good buy?? i think it is, a very good one.

without seeing pics, yes, sounds good, go for it.

you might want to take the forks off the rear of the bike though ;)
and what they said, do it if you've got the cash!

he says the whole bike costs 2500 quid new.

Are you sure it is a Prince and not an XTrack? Are the seatstays or fork curvy?

£450 sounds like a good deal. The Prince is aluminium I think, and has carbon forks and seat stays. Pinarello make good frames, although personally I despise the melted look on their Onda forks.

It doesnt look like the one in the pic.
Yeah it is an aluminium frame, with carbon front and rear.

there are no curves on the frame, so not the one in the pic.

it is the same frame as the one in the front.

the prince has been reincarnated loads of times by pinarello... if its the one in the pic above its relativley new, sounds like a good deal... check all the carbon bits for hairline cracks before you cash up!

Which lockring fits the tri spoke specialized hub??
right now i have a DA cog on, but my DA lockring does'nt seem to fit.

Does the DA lockring not fit the spezialized hub?
