Agree when discussing difference between 32 and 36. But looking at it logically an 8 spoke wheel could not be as durable as a 48 spoke wheel however well the 8 spoke wheel was built (obviously just an extreme example to make the point as I am guessing an 8 spoke wheel wouldn't actually work?)
