I'm more intrigued about the rear spacing. 126mm just doesn't seem right to me for a track frame...

They are called City masters right? If they are designed specifically as courier/street bikes than perhaps it explains the spacing?
But I also couldnt find any info on fausto coppi currently producing frames. They dont have a website etc.
Seems like there only recent stuff is aluminium road bikes.
