hi there first frame is a fillet brazed track low pro labled up as jc ruffier ( this is a team name not makers name) lots of paint chips, not drilled for brakes 24" front wheel but have a set of 650 forks i will give with the framestronglight headset and ta bb
frame measures 60 cm center to top
top tube measures 56 cm center to center (realative)

second frame is a shorter low pro made with awsome 531, with vertical dropouts, forks are for a 24" front wheel top section of the frame is fillit brazed,drilled for brakes few dings on top tube comes with campy headset and bb, 54 center to top, top tube is 52 center to center
