on-one are clincher, planet x ones are tubular. hubset is the same but with different drilling
on-one come with two lock rings and rim tape. 32h double butted spokes.

alternatives would be charge (havnt seen them in the flesh), halo (nice wheelset - sold well when i was @ harry halls), possibly diacompes gran compe- might be a little more than your 150 budget
