excellent, cant wait to get up the hill, think pink was wanting to meet up at the lamb for a nice long ride up the hills, you up for that too spins? my legs are well refreshed after the break so think i might be well up for that!!!
I will be up this week if i dont get ill again! am on my 4th cold of the winter so far :-(
