it's just a bike, there's no point being precious about it. BMC make hundreds of them and it's not like it's a rare or endangered thing. Also, it's just money. as long as he/she isn't spending my money then what do i care?
when i eventually make some money i reserve the right to spend it on whatever i want, whether i'm using it for what it was intended or not, or whether or not other people approve.
maybe the guy is really good at trackstanding and fancied getting a high-end machine for nailing the genre? give a fuck.
