honestly, fuck those shops.
I often even bring my bike inside of the shop if its just something I can sort out quickly. Boots, local cafe, Pret, EAT, Post office, NatWest, etc. NatWest staff even told me I can bring my bike inside.
If they don't like it there are plenty of competitors, I just go somewhere else. I have also cancelled meetings with clients when I couldn't bring my bike into their office.
