cool ved, people keep mentioning box hill, I should get down to it, and try and train this sprinters body to love the uphill bits.
anyone got a route taking in some of the hillier bits of south london, or the hills just outside london, there's been mention of box hill, toys hill etc. If you've got one post it up, I'll add it to my must learn to love hills routes. I'll also try and dig out the colapaluza route which takes in the mighty north london's hilliest bits, which some of the guys were doing back when the forum was young...
