yeah, requires a bit of shoe modification, which to be honest puts me off.
I spose if you have an old pair of shoes handy and don't mind drilling holes in them might be worth a punt.
Imagine not much use for proper track use, but for the longer rides i can def see some benefit, though spose you almost have to relearn your muscles...
