Youve got it all wrong jonas, your supposed to ride across the *ground.
*Awesome pic though.

• #5505
did you land that or crash jonas?
-
• #5506
Um, what's up with the spok?
-
• #5507

-
• #5508
Um, what's up with the spok?
He's using it as a front wheel.
Means you don't have to wheelie everywhere. -
• #5509
... don't think it is though.

I just let out a little chuckle, here we have someone who brought a bianchi pista and already change every single part on it just to make it suitable for doing trick.
unless you have your Pista for age of course.

Because plastic wheels are the best for tricks?
Aside from flat bars I cant see how anything else makes a difference.

No, not sarcastic - just over-enthusiastic! Anyone (with a camera) fancy an assault on Ditchling Beacon over the next few days? Or maybe it's about time I HTFUed and had a go at Box Hill.
Box Hill is not hard, a nice, steady, even gradient. You should give it a go. Nice tea at the cafe at the top too.

Yup had a look at it, said it was about 250m summit, the mountain that pic is from was Divis, almost 500m, as long as it's not a ridiculous gradient (i'm going back up Divis tomorrow afternoon, i'll get some shots of some of the climbs, pretty steep) shouldn't be too hard, any other decent hills within cycling distance of London?

I did land it but didn't make the turnaround on that evil gravel. Anyway i have had the pista for about a year now, i also have a Vivalo (for the girls).
I have changed the things that i have broke and the chainring and cog for a more suitable gearing.I have it now as a winterbike i don't really do much tricks but when there is a cool spot i usually get on it but i wouldn't say i am a trick rider
but i have been riding the skateboard all my life until i fucked up my knees so my brain got that spot finding radar. -

This is a damn burden, I haven't skated for a good few years, and I'm always looking at banks and gaps... I think I'm suppressing the skater in me.

All I got to say...it's not photoshopped, just that the right flash unit isn't in the right position, as it's only lighting half the subject (the wall is in the way). look for the shadows..

My daily ride in it's incredible ugly winter outfit.. trying to hide behind a sign post.
-
• #5523
love it.
-
• #5524
I love that you are so generous to thieves......locking only the rear wheel?
Good luck with that.
:)

• #5525
it's the sheldon way, secures most expensive part (rear wheel) and frame with one d-lock.
yup, old mcT-shirt frequents west, never seen him with sleeves.
