there is no shame in vanity purchasing. i paid extra for the cd grey rims on my bike because i thought the colour went with the frame better.
it's just odd that people try to hide their irrational purchasing decisions behind an incorrect statement giving a worthy attribute to their purchase.
they are just deluding themselves.
'coloured deep v's are expensive but look the shizzle and i feel good when people see me riding them, i don't care if there are no tangible benefits, owning a deep-v isn't a crime.'
say this 10 times before riding your bike and you will feel better about yourself
