It's a road conversion. The gearing is way too high. The bars are too short. It's a 23" frame (whatever that is in real measurements - how tall are you). No mention of proper fixed hub - could be suicide hub. £250 is excessive for that.

nothing wrong with any of that - except the suicide hub. £250 is a reasonable price IMO
