eBay and Craigslist finds

Hi, first post, I'm building up my first fixed gear bike and was wondering whether this is a reasonable/legit deal:

Obviously IRO frames are known to be pretty good, and the frames pictured seem to be pretty much identical when comparing but the unmarked-ness makes me slightly more cautious. I would guess they were bought in a group buy or something.
I don't want to end up with a unipack-esque frame by accident :P

Looking at the pictures surely once built the toptube will slope down towards the front of the bike?
The headtube is sitting way up the steerer in the pics and that has the toptube level.
