This is NOT a Colnago frame. The tubing is Reynolds 531, with clearance and bosses for mudguards front and rear. Front and rear brakes can be fitted, downtube bosses are present.

Looks more like internal cable routing. Same as the down-tube, just in front of the 'N'.
It's funny that your avatar is a pair of glasses ;)

To damn slow,
it seems there's no point in correcting people or answering peoples questions,
Hippy's on the case, on his way to 20,000,
so you have to be quick to get a word in.Damn you Hippy,
damn you. -

I realised the gaping hole was for the brake cable routing, but what about this:

That could be the damage he's talking about. It's hard to tell since someone has drawn a poxy big circle around it. ;)

Hi, first post, I'm building up my first fixed gear bike and was wondering whether this is a reasonable/legit deal:
Obviously IRO frames are known to be pretty good, and the frames pictured seem to be pretty much identical when comparing but the unmarked-ness makes me slightly more cautious. I would guess they were bought in a group buy or something.
I don't want to end up with a unipack-esque frame by accident :PCheers,
Olly

personally (saw those yesterday) i think they're just a huge rip off. Just the fact that the fork is for V-brakes puts me off. Not very good looking frame either.
Id say for that money you can get a banging good condition used one....but those are just not worth half of what they're asking for in my opinion. -

v brakes rule!

You can get a IRO track frame without all that shitty braze on stuff from Cavendish for £150.
At least I think thats right? Right? In which case thats a terible deal. If its £250 its still not a great deal. Looks like an unbranded piece of cack to me. Better off buying a second hand awsome 531 racing frame or track frame from the day or even on here. 100quid will get you summit awsomely 531 and you'll know exactly what it is.

You'll buy it then want to take all the pointless braze ons off and be upset that you bought what is essentially a trials bike frame.

Kwality!
