they will charge you for this service obviously, but if your knees are important to you then go for it.
I had sidi insoles made there due to foot and ankle pains, and they fitted the cleats correctly for me too, adding some inserts under the cleats so that the foot rotates correctly.
It made so much difference, especially the insoles but the new cleat set up was great too.
They do full bike fitting too etc.. - call them to ask what they recommend.
