Only if you use large glasses. Usually you will find six glasses in a bottle of wine. A standard bottle is 75cl and a standard wine glass will contain one unit of alcohol or 12.5cl.
Alcohol strength of wine does vary with some reds being the strongest. If, however, you use 25cl glasses, you are imbibing 2 units of alcohol per glass and not one.
