Nope.
But from what was said it must be the pump.
No water is coming through in either direction, none back into the tank and none out of the nozzle end. I suspect it needs scaling too, but that it's the pump that is really the problem.
Has anyone tried (or got) one of those Delonghi Bean-to-Cup coffee machines?
